Making Sure Your Bathroom Products Arrive Smoothly

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we'll start processing it right away.
  • Delivery Costs: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £200. For orders under £200, a delivery charge of £20 applies.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times can vary as many items are sent directly from our suppliers. Once you've placed your order, you'll get an email from us or our supplier asking you to select a delivery date. You can change this date later if you need to.
  • Next-Day Delivery: We offer a next-day delivery option on most orders placed before 11 am.
  • Large Items & Pallet Deliveries: Larger items may arrive on a pallet. It's crucial that you inform us of any access issues to your property (e.g., narrow roads or difficult driveways). Our drivers will deliver the pallet as close to your property as their vehicle can safely reach.
  • Important: Please note that for health, safety, and insurance reasons, our drivers are not permitted to carry items into your home.
  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is scheduled and no one is present to accept it, an additional charge may be applied for redelivery. All goods will require a signature upon delivery.
Checking Your Order
It’s vital that you check all items for damage as soon as they arrive. If you find any damage, you must notify us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
